February’s Employee Of The Month Is…

Congratulations to Valentin, Jarrobs Employee of the month for February 2018

Having been with our company for 18 months, he is now one of our most highly skilled welders.  Valentin is a well-respected member of our team, who’s very highly thought of and is fantastic at what he does.

Val has previously worked on behalf of Royal Caribbean in the building of their largest cruise ship to date, part of the Oasis class cruise ships which carries up to 6,296 people.   He was nominated by many of his colleagues who believe he’s a fantastic welder and a great team player who helps our newest recruits to achieve our high standard of workmanship.

Usually, we like to include a photograph of our Employee of the month on our website but we have other exciting news about Valentin…. He is currently on leave celebrating the birth of his new-born baby! Congratulations!
